Room and amenities were all lovely, comfy bed and brilliant walk-in shower. Also love a room with a robe! Really interesting background story to the building and the staff knew a lot about it's history and were happy to show us around, including after the breakfast area was closed, just to see the historical features. Receptionists were also very friendly and helpful after we needed to book an extra night due to my partner having a cancelled flight. We would stay again for these reasons.

Awesome location right next to Tower Bridge, walking distance to London Bridge and local shopping. Small boutique style feel with super friendly and accommodating staff! we arrived really early (around 09:30am) and they still have us the room at that time which was a huge relief as we had been travelling from 4am, were exhausted and needed to freshen up. We were nervous that a room would only be available at 3pm like most hotels… we were happily surprised!

The size of the rooms, the overall quality of the Hotel. I had stayed in a Marriott years back in London, and was so disappointed with the quality, room, up-keep of the property. So naturally I had very low expectations with my recent stay. But due to our travels for a wedding needed to stay in this area. But so pleasantly surprised of the quality. It renewed my confidence in Marriott again. The staff was so helpful and polite, also appreciated.

The hotel is well based to visit South London where I grew up. The only downside is the tourist that invade Tower Bridge, and the abuse Tower Bridge takes up with cordoning areas of the pavement with their lines forming queues for tourist to go inside the towers, made walking had for older people like me with leg problems. The hotel is a great re-design of an old London Police station. you will love it.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was there for my birthday and they made sure to offer me an early check-in and late check-out as well as breakfast which was very nice. I felt like they cared. The breakfast was really nice and the staff in the restaurant, particularly Grace, were very friendly and helpful.
